Shipping & Dispatch
We aim to provide our customers with fast and secure delivery on every order. The vast majority of orders are shipped the same day for next-day delivery and we endeavour to deliver all orders without undue delay. However, should we become aware of a delay longer than 14 days from the date of payment, we will contact you by email to keep you informed. Rest assured you are free to cancel your order at any time prior to shipping without charge.
If you order a publication that is not yet in print, we will record your order and process this as soon as the stock is available from our suppliers – not more than 30 days after the official publication date.
All orders received before 2pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day for next-day delivery to you. Orders received after 2pm cannot be guaranteed for same day shipping - but we will do our best. Orders received after 2pm Friday will be processed on the following Monday (bank holidays excluded).
If an item is out of stock, we will immediately contact our suppliers to source the title(s) for you. Most publishers typically quote 3-5 working days for delivery into our warehouse but in many cases it is faster. As soon as your title arrives into our warehouse, we will ship it to you for next-day delivery. If you require a title urgently, please call our Customer Service Team to confirm an estimated delivery date.
In the event that your order contains both stock and non-stock items, to save postage costs we normally wait until your order is complete before shipping to you for next-day delivery. If you require part of the order urgently, please use the Special Instructions area during the check-out process or contact our Customer Service Team. Within reason, we do not make an additional charge for part-shipping to our UK mainland customers.
Our UK delivery costs are calculated as 10% of the net order value subject to a minimum charge of £4.99 and a maximum charge of £9.99. Our overseas delivery rates are calculated by weight and are automatically calculated online during the check-out process.
